EHA offers 186 units of independent elderly and younger disabled living in 2 community settings, in 1 bedroom apartments, located in a semi-secluded area of Easton, MA. Ten of the units are ADA accessible units for handicap and disabled individuals. Our properties include access to Town owned conservation areas and is nestled within a designated wildlife area of the town. Each property has a community center, laundry availability, and hosts events for senior living.
On site elderly assistance services are also available.
Our family housing development offer 3 bedroom homes and town homes located within the town.
Easton Housing currently has 104 HCV vouchers issued by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development. Our program is currently managed by the Taunton Housing Authority.
